GridViewでtheadを生成する方法

ASP.NETのGridViewコントロールは、デフォルトでは thead, tbody, tfootの要素を生成しない。
GridViewのRowCreatedイベントにおいて、Row.TableSelectionプロパティの設定を行うことで、thead, tbody, tfoot の要素を出力することが可能となる。
